Proper Gimlet Recipe

• 2 oz London Dry Gin
• 1 oz Rose’s Lime Juice (lime cordial)
• Lime wedge or wheel for garnish (optional)

Mix ingredients in shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass, garnish with lime wedge or wheel.
