2011 marked the year the U.S. Space Shuttle program came to an end, but NASA's unmanned exploration of space remained at full throttle. We look at some of last year's astronomical achievements and what scientists are eyeing in the year ahead. Astrophysicist Chris Lintott is the Director of Citizen Science at the Adler Planetarium. He joins us on Chicago Tonight at 7:00 pm to discuss 2011: The Year in Astronomy.
