I couldn't find anywhere else appropriate to post this, but since it is of importance to all WTTW viewers right now, this is where I think it best fits.
I cannot believe that WTTW is not airing Bill Moyers' Moyers and Company on Channel 11 tonight!!
Sure, I can catch it a week from tonight (I have the family package on ATT-Uverse, which only gives me the basic Channel 11), but REALLY?? Did you listen to this program? I am listening to it right now on the Moyers site podcast, and I assure you it is of vital interest to every single viewer. RIGHT NOW. Not next week or whenever you can fit it in. Check Please is a fun show, but Moyers is a vital show. I'd like to see my local PBS station display some leadership here. Give us issues that matter please. It is an election year, we are in a financial recession, people are scared and unsure what is happening. Is it not WTTW's mission to help inform its viewers on vital current issues? In spite of my extremely low income, I have been a member of WTTW, volunteered for the phones during pledge time, and given extra pledges when I can. I am sad to say that apparently I need to rethink where my dollars go. I am extremely disappointed. It may sound overly dramatic, but I can actually say that I am crushed by your failure to cover this important program when it is initially aired.

I keep hearing about media bias against Presidential candidate Ron Paul, who finished a strong 2nd place in New Hampshire, so I found it interesting that in the discussion about the Presidential race, there was ZERO mention of Ron Paul by the host or panel.

I'm not sure if Ron Paul can win the GOP nomination but he certainly has earned tremendous support and the right to be treated with respect and fairness. I would have expected Chicago Tonight to be better than other media.

And, by the way, that was a lousy discussion on Walgreens and sports. When mentioning the company adding 400 new jobs, there was no explanation as to what they do.

Overall, this was not a good program...Joel Weismann and the crew need to step up their game.

I just finished watching Bill Moyers' new show. This is a program that WTTW absolutely must air. We need Moyers' reasoned, calm and get-to-the-root approach to current issues vital to us all. Especially in an election year. Please include Bill Moyers & Company in your regular lineup.
