great piece on Pat Bruno. The Sun-Times really blew it when they sacked him. This guy knows more about dining and food than any writer in this city.

How inspiring!!! He should be host for "Check Please" while Alpana is opening her restaurant....he has the kind of experience that show needs!!!..Like Les Nomade....classic...we need that!!!
