It's the first convention for 50-year-old Dino Leone from the Quad Cities area. Leone, an AFSCME union organizer, says the convention has met all of his expectations -- and then some.

As excited as Leone is over President Obama, he says there are deep divisions in the Illinois delegation over the labor policies of Gov. Pat Quinn.

But Leone says labor’s anger at Quinn will not impact the support for President Obama's Illinois campaign.
