Mayor Rahm Emanuel


Mayor Rahm Emanuel presented the proposed 2013 budget to the City Council on Wednesday. The $8.3 billion budget promises to balance the City’s finances without introducing new taxes, fines or fees, and eliminates employee head tax by the end of 2013.
