Democratic gubernatorial candidate Bill Daley offers a three-point plan for pension reform, calling Gov. Pat Quinn out for "failed leadership." Also today, a group of 28 elected officials from both parties released a joint statement calling for the House of Representatives to hold a floor vote on the original version of Senate Bill 2404.
