Of the 150 million Americans filing tax returns this year, an estimated 20-25 percent have waited until now to begin preparing them. In this last week before tax day, you may be looking for a few more ways to keep money out of the hands of the tax man. For 20 years now, the organization Ladder Up has set up shop at locations all around the Chicago area with expanded hours.
