Democratic Gov. Pat Quinn released his 2013 tax return on Monday, April 21. Quinn, who is running for reelection this fall, reported his salary as $161,962, and paid $29,407 in federal taxes, and $7,782 in state taxes. The governor also reported a taxable refund of $1,508.
Quinn's total and adjusted gross incomes were listed as $163,470. He also paid $3,229 in property taxes on his home on the West Side of Chicago, and received a $161 property tax credit, according to his 2013 tax return.
In addition, Quinn gave $9,485 in charitable contributions.
