There have been no reported cases of Ebola or anyone complaining of Ebola-like symptoms in Illinois, but the City of Chicago released new guidelines on Ebola preparedness.
In addition, the city released a fact sheet for residents on Ebola, and Mayor Rahm Emanuel and the Chicago Department of Public Health announced four Chicago hospitals will form a network of resource centers that will provide care in the event of a patient being diagnosed with Ebola in Chicago.
