Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review: 12/5

Chicago joins protests over the Ferguson grand jury’s "no indictment" decision. Governor-elect Bruce Rauner says Gov. Pat Quinn's accounting was "fundamentally dishonest" and that he's finding a financial mess worse than expected. Chicago's minimum wage will be $13 by 2019. The mayor's race heats up as Jesús “Chuy” García gets a big donation that has some union leaders crying foul. Holiday shopping gets a slow start. And in sports, the Blackhawks lose Corey Crawford but continue to win and the Bulls continue their strong start.
