Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review: 1/16

On this edition of Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review with Paris Schutz, Republican Bruce Rauner is sworn in as the state's 42nd governor. The first-time officeholder faces a daunting task: working with the Democratic-led legislature to fix the state's broken economy. Opponents and supporters turn out by the hundreds for the Obama Presidential Library hearings, as they debate whether public south side parkland should be used for the project. With six weeks remaining before the election, Mayor Rahm Emanuel announces his second-term economic agenda. And in sports, the Chicago White Sox plan to retire Paul Konerko's number 14 jersey at a ceremony this spring.
