Emergency Budget Proposal Returns to IL Senate for Vote


The emergency one-month budget proposal is back before the Illinois Senate on Tuesday, but what happens to state social service providers if Governor Rauner doesn't sign the July spending bill for 60 days? 

On Wednesday, the House reconvenes, presumably to work on a budget for the coming fiscal year. Also on the table is Governor Rauner's pension proposal.
