Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review, July 24

On this edition of Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review with Joel Weisman, a federal appeals court overturns some of Rod Blagojevich's convictions, though the ruling is expected to have little impact on the former governor's 14-year prison sentence. The ongoing state budget stalemate spawns a war of words between Gov. Bruce Rauner, Senate President John Cullerton, and House Speaker Michael Madigan. Plus, there are more questions than answers surrounding the death of Naperville's Sandra Bland in a Texas jail cell days after a traffic stop. And in sports, the Cubs continue to look like a playoff contender thanks in part to Kyle Schwarber, their latest rookie sensation.
