American Music Festival Rocks FitzGerald’s for the 36th Year


Since 1981, FitzGerald’s in Berwyn has played host to an array of talent as part of its July Fourth weekend American Music Festival.

This year, the lineup features The Waco Brothers, Robbie Fulks, and Shemekia Copeland, among others.

Joining Chicago Tonight to talk about the American Music Festival is FitzGerald’s owner, Bill FitzGerald. And joining us for performances of his songs "Almost Sounds Like Laughing" and "How Long" is Bay Area singer-songwriter David Luning, who performs at the festival on Friday.
