Troubleshoot the Problem
If you are having issues with lip sync (sound and video do not match), we would like to help and would like for you to help us as well. When the audio and video are not in sync with each other, please try these four steps:
If you have a flat screen television, briefly change the channel or video input, using your remote control. Did that fix the problem?
Turn off the set and turn it back on. Did that fix the problem?
If you have a cable box, converter box or satellite receiver, briefly change the channel on that device. Did that fix the problem?
Turn off the cable box, converter box or satellite receiver. Did that fix the problem?
