In an election year, the passing of Labor Day means political campaigns are swinging into high gear. Today, as they have been doing for months, gubernatorial candidates Bruce Rauner and incumbent Pat Quinn were taking swings at each other. This time, it was over education funding, veterans, the minimum wage, and a $100,000 wine club. Paris Schutz explains.
