Alpana Singh
Master Sommelier Alpana Singh will give us some spring wine tips.

Alpana's Spring Wine Recommendations

  • Mionetto Prosecco – Italy $10 - Mix with orange juice or peach juice to make a bellini. Great brunch item for celebrations like showers or Mother's Day. Not as expensive as Champagne.
  • Skouras Moscophilero – Greece - $8 - Smells like flowers so instead of a corsage for mom how about a wine that smells like one. A great alternative to Pinot Grigio. Perfect for lighter brunch and spring fare.
  • Bethel Heights Pinot Gris – Oregon - $15 - Same grape as Pinot Grigio but called Pinot Gris.
  • Maru Wine for Sushi – Alsace - $10 - Specifically made for Sushi.
  • Castle Rock Pinot Noir – Monterey - $12 - Lighter red for seafood dishes
  • Bricco Buon Natale Barbera, Santa Barbara - $12 - Another great light red.
