This week on Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review, Gov. Pat Quinn promises to veto the massive gambling expansion bill. The Chicago Teachers Union scores a rare victory against Mayor Rahm Emanuel with the Labor Relations Board’s unanimous decision against his immediate implementation of longer school days. The Chicago City Council is pushing back against Emanuel’s new budget, which includes cuts, as well as new and increased fines, fees and taxes. The CTA is putting the squeeze on its union to avoid hike fares or service cuts. And in sports, we break down the Cubs’ prolonged battle with Boston Red Sox General Manager, Theo Epstein.
