Rep. Quigley on ACA, Debt Deal & More

Illinois Rep. Mike Quigley won a special election in 2009 after former congressman Rahm Emanuel resigned to become the White House Chief of Staff. Since then, Quigley has been dubbed the “Undercover Congressman,” assisting with jobs around the city, from laying a water main in Lakeview, to helping a postal carrier deliver mail in Roscoe Village. He joins us to talk about the Affordable Care Act, government shutdown fallout, a federal spending deal, and the future of bipartisan cooperation in the House of Representatives.
