Quinn Initiative Faces Another Blow


It started with a scathing report from the State's Auditor General, followed by inquiries from the State's Attorney and U.S. Attorney's office. Now, lawmakers announce they will subpeona records to learn more about Gov. Quinn's troubled $55 million anti-violence program. The program is under scrutiny for mismanagement of funds and possibly improper political influence.
