As everyone knows by now, Chicago is a serious contender in the battle for the Lucas Museum of Cultural  Arts, but not everyone is happy with Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s proposal of the museum being built on a parking lot near Solider Field. Elizabeth Brackett and her panel discuss the pros and cons of Chicago being the museum’s home and a more suitable site location that could serve other well-deserving neighborhoods.
