Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review: 9/5

On this edition of Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review with Joel Weisman, a busy week for Mayor Rahm Emanuel: He greets students on the first day of school, finalizes a contract with the police union, repays the city $14,000, and raises the minimum wage for city contract workers. Gov. Pat Quinn takes the minimum wage challenge, getting by on just $79 for the week. Republican challenger Bruce Rauner takes heat for his membership in a ritzy wine club. Also, Chicagoans remember radio legend Roy Leonard and comedian Joan Rivers. And the Bears prepare for their season opener at Soldier Field against the Bills.
