Emergency Budget Proposal Returns to IL Senate for Vote

Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle and from both chambers join Chicago Tonight to talk about the priorities of the continuing legislative session. Guests include Sen. Daniel Biss (D); Sen. Matt Murphy (R); Rep. Will Davis (D) and Rep. David McSweeney (R).
