What Questions Do You Have for Mayor Emanuel?

Mayor Rahm Emanuel joins "Chicago Tonight" on Thursday to discuss his proposed $7.8 billion budget for the upcoming fiscal year. Emanuel’s calling for a record $588 million property tax hike over the next four years, without which he says the city will have to lay off nearly 5,000 cops and firefighters.

We’ll ask him about the tax and fee hikes he’s pitching, whether there are more cuts he can make to ease the pain on Chicagoans, and if he’s got enough votes in the City Council to make it happen.
