The holiday season is the perfect time of year to see a few of Hollywood’s finest films of the year. Joining host Phil Ponce to share their recommendations are Michael Phillips of the Chicago Tribune and Allison Shoemaker of Consequence of Sound.
Phillips and Shoemaker recommend seeing “Star Wars: The Last Jedi,” “Coco,” “Lady Bird” and “Shape of Water” while they're still in theaters. Both Phillips and Shoemaker recommend people wait to see “Molly’s Game” and “The Post” once it’s released for home viewing.
They also recommend “Call Me By Your Name” and “Phantom Thread.”
Another flick to add to your list is “I, Tonya,” according to Shoemaker. Phillips also advises people watch “Darkest Hour” and “All The Money In The World.”
