Nexstar is offering to buy Chicago's Tribune Media for about $4 billion Monday, four months after the collapse of a similar bid from Sinclair Broadcast Group.

“Chicago's Very Own," WGN-TV could be soon owned by a politically active, conservative broadcast company based in Baltimore.  

Respected broadcaster Roy Leonard died Thursday at Evanston Hospital after a brief illness.
