Chicago Police Department data shows 24 people were shot in 20 separate shooting incidents between 6 p.m. Friday and 11:59 p.m. Sunday.

A 19-year-old woman was shot as she drove in the 9800 block of South Merrill Avenue at around 9:15 p.m. Saturday. Police said she was hospitalized in good condition with a gunshot wound to her ankle.

A 16-year-old girl also suffered a graze wound while she was inside a home in the 7200 block of South Honore Street. According to police, someone inside a white sedan fired shots into the home and fled. The victim was treated on scene and did not require hospitalization.

Two teens, ages 19 and 15, were also stabbed during an incident just after midnight Sunday morning in the 300 block of North State Street. The pair were on the sidewalk when they got into an argument with a group of males. That argument turned physical as the 19-year-old was stabbed in the back and the 15-year-old sustained a laceration to the torso. Both were hospitalized in fair condition.
