Chicago roiled after the release of video showing the fatal police shooting of Dexter Reed.

The footage shows plainclothes officers firing 96 shots in 41 seconds following a purported traffic stop for a seat belt violation. Reed allegedly fired at officers first.

Chicago’s mayor and community groups have expressed concern.
