Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review: 2/13

On this edition of Chicago Tonight: The Week in Review with Joel Weisman, the Jackie Robinson West Little League team is stripped of its U.S. title because it used ineligible players. In the final debate prior to the election, mayoral challengers blast Rahm Emanuel's track record. Gov. Bruce Rauner continues his anti-union push, issuing an executive order that exempts non-union public workers from paying fees. Imprisoned former police sergeant Drew Peterson is charged with allegedly hiring a hit man to kill Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow. And in sports, the Blackhawks' homestand is off to a discouraging start with two straight losses.
